Who we are

This site is run by ALINASWORD LLC, a company registered in Florida, USA (“Among”, “we”). You can reach us about anything in this notice at admin@amongclub.com or 419 SE 2nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

What we collect

When you request an invitation, we receive your name, your company, your email address and, if you choose to give it, the name of the person who introduced you.

We do not use cookies or tracking tools for analytics or advertising. The company that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your details only to review your request, reply to you and arrange a personal conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you name the person who introduced you, we use that name only to understand the introduction.

Legal basis for visitors in the EEA and UK

We process your details because you asked us to respond to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to introductions made to us.

Who else sees it

Your request passes through the providers that host this site, deliver form submissions and handle our email: Netlify (hosting and form delivery) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and part of our team works from Europe. When information moves between the two, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

If no introduction follows, we delete your request within 12 months. If we work together, we keep what we need for that relationship and for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to admin@amongclub.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of California and other US states may have similar rights under their own laws; we honour these requests wherever you live.

Do Not Track

This site does not track visitors across other sites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
